Pay attention to the height: flat models from about 7.2 cm go under most sofas and beds. For small flats under 50 m², a simple robot without elaborate mapping is enough.
Not necessarily: in small, easy-to-survey flats, even cheap models with random navigation clean thoroughly. App and laser mapping are worthwhile mainly with several rooms and floors.
A mopping function is handy for hard floors such as tiles and vinyl, but does not replace thorough mopping and is useless on carpet. For flats with only hard floors, a nice extra, not a must.
